Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit secures your booking for this day trip. Here's exactly how deposits, balances and cancellations work:

30% deposit on booking — this is what you pay today to hold your places.
70% balance due 30 days before departure — we'll send a reminder in good time.
Booking inside 30 days? The full amount is payable at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel

The following charges apply, calculated on the total price of the tour. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.

Up to 30 days before the tour	30% of the price
29 to 15 days before	50% of the price
14 to 8 days before	75% of the price
7 to 0 days before, or no-show	100% of the price
