Hi — we're Gorana and Davor
There's no call centre here, and no booking desk to get passed along to. You deal with the two of us directly, from your very first email to your last day on the road.
Croatia isn't a destination we researched — it's home. We've spent years on these roads, and the places we take you are places we go ourselves. That's really the whole idea behind Ingenious Traveler: rather than hand you a fixed itinerary, we ask what you actually want out of your time here, and then build the trip around it.
And it stays yours. Every transfer, day trip and multi-day tour we run is private — just your group, at your own pace, stopping when you feel like stopping.

Gorana
Brand ManagerGorana has spent twenty years in the travel business and manages the Ingenious Traveler brand. She's the one who answers your first email, shapes the itinerary around what you actually want to see, and keeps the details straight from first enquiry to the last day of your trip.
Davor
Co-Founder, Guide & DriverDavor is the person you'll meet most of the time. As co-founder, guide and driver, he's the one at the wheel and at your side on the road — and the reason so many of our guests describe the trip itself as the memorable part, not just the destinations.
Our Guides
Licensed Local GuidesWe also work with a small team of licensed local guides across Croatia. On busier dates, or where a route calls for someone with specialist local knowledge, one of them will look after you — held to exactly the same standard.

We operate as Eko Explorations d.o.o., a licensed travel agency registered in Zagreb, Croatia — not an intermediary reselling someone else's tours.

Who runs Ingenious Traveler?
Ingenious Traveler is run by Eko Explorations d.o.o., a licensed Croatian travel agency. Gorana manages the Ingenious Traveler brand and plans every itinerary, and Davor is co-founder, guide and driver.
Who will be my guide in Croatia?
Most of the time it will be Davor, our co-founder, guide and driver. We also work with a small team of licensed local guides, so on some dates and routes you'll be looked after by one of them instead.
Is Ingenious Traveler a licensed travel agency?
Yes. Ingenious Traveler operates as Eko Explorations d.o.o., a licensed Croatian travel agency based in Zagreb. We're also a Travelife Partner and a member of the Adventure Travel Trade Association.
Are your tours private or shared group tours?
Every transfer, day trip and multi-day tour we run is private. You travel only with your own party, and prices are per vehicle rather than per person.
How much travel experience does the team have?
Gorana has worked in the travel business for twenty years, and the tours run in Croatia — our home country, which the team knows first-hand rather than from a guidebook.
